Our vision is to assist couples in building strong family relationships which are based on sound Godly principles by providing a non judgmental and confidential environment in which clients can engage the messiness of life with curiosity, perspective and creativity.
MISSION
Counselling serves to improve communication between
partners, and to help understand and resolve their negative
consequenses of events which lead to negative or complex
emotions.
Marriage or relationship coaching is aimed at constructively solving relationship problems in a safe environment, where marriage or relationship guidance is given based on intertwining both individuals perspectives and finding a solution that is considerate and accommodates both partners needs and respectfully addresses relationship or marital problems from a solution focused vantage point.

Xolani Hlitana Ministries
Xolani Hlitana Ministries is online and travel ministries which provides spiritual guidance and nourishment to all to restore God’s love and dignity in humans. We offer bible studies every Tuesday evenings at 19h00 and prayer meetings every Thursdays at 5am. We aim to reach as many people as possible through the sharing of the love and grace of God.
Sister Act and Men of Substance
These are two vehicles we use to reach out to men and women by providing gender-based teachings around relationships, life and spiritual matters. These are done through our Whatsapp groups for each gender. We tackle specific challenges that are faced by each gender.
Consulting Services
We provide a few consulting services for personal needs, small to large businesses. These are services around: - Cash loans - Garden services - Electrical, plumbing, paving, carpentry, tiling and painting
About Us
XHM Group was founded in 2008 by Xolani Hlitana who is an ordained Pastor and a qualified Relationship Therapist. We pride ourselves in giving practical approach to all our clients enabling them to be self-sustainable.
Pastor X is an ordained pastor, a marriage officer, relationship coach and a sex therapist. He is an author of nearly 40 books on relationships. He is also a radio contributor on marriage and relationship matters on various radio stations.
We provide a range of services, all aimed to build solid families. We also provide a range of services in the areas of maintenance and general life coaching programmes. As the group we also provide a wide range of management consulting services for our clients.
Events and Audiobooks
We have audio books for all your needs. Each audio book is about 1hr 30min. We provide practical teachings. You can order the books through the Whatsapp number on our contacts.
We have annual events and monthly sessions. Our annual events include the 4 days annual camp in September each year, Gala Dinner in November. Our annual women’s conference in June and Men’s in August have proven to be a source of nurturing for our men and women ministries

Should you want to book an appointment, we will send you the banking details and schedule on receipt of payment. Availability and schedule are only discussed on receipt of proof of payment. We don't give slots before payment due to the influx of bookings. The fees are time specific, not type of counselling specific or number of people.
